Brian Clark is executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Stanley, Inc., and serves on the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), 401(k) Plan, and Sarbanes-Oxley Steering committees. He joined the organization in March 2006 from Titan Corporation, a leading government information technology systems and services firm acquired by L-3 Communications.
During his most recent tenure with Titan as vice president, corporate controller, and principal accounting officer, the company’s revenues doubled from $1.1 billion to $2.2 billion. Brian previously served as vice president of strategic transactions, managing the company’s merger and acquisition programs, as well as divestitures, equity joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
Prior to Titan, Brian worked as a senior manager of assurance and business advisory services for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he participated in three initial public offerings and the completion of more than 25 merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, he advised companies on financial risk management and technical accounting matters, as well as oversaw audits of a variety of companies. Earlier in his career, he served as an accountant for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
