Brad Flickinger is Senior Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis’ Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland offices. These thriving technology, biotech, retail and business centers encompass all of the major suburbs in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. He oversees more than 130 employees and sales professionals across a wide variety of service lines including office and industrial leasing and tenant representation; multi-family, office and industrial investment sales; retail leasing and tenant representation; land sales; valuation and corporate services.

He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the offices as well as long-term strategy development, from new business development through post-assignment client satisfaction. He is also a member of the senior management team for the Washington, DC region, which includes downtown Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Flickinger joined CB Richard Ellis in June 2003 as a result of its merger with Insignia/ESG.

Active in the local real estate community and civic affairs, Mr. Flickinger participates in a number of organizations. He is a Board member and volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement of the National Capital Area and serves on the Council of Advisors of the Jubilee Support Alliance. He is an instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and has served as a volunteer/instructor with Project REAP, the Real Estate Associate Program. In addition, he is a member of the greater Washington Board of Trade, CoreNet Global, and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), where he serves on the Board of the Northern Virginia chapter. He is also a member of NAIOP’s national Trends in Real Estate Development Forum.

Mr. Flickinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Higher Education from the University of Vermont. He is a licensed real estate broker in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, a LEED ® Accredited Professional, and a designated Real Property Administrator.
