Rich LaFleur is Grant Thornton’s Managing Partner for the Mid-Atlantic Practice, which serves commercial organizations in a variety of industries. He also provides client service to publicly held and private companies in the region.
Rich is an elected member of the firm’s Partnership Board charged with governing the firm on behalf of its Partners. In his role as Managing Partner, Rich leads and manages a staff of over 250 professionals who render valued-added assurance, tax and consulting services, operating out of three area locations. As a Client Service Partner, Rich provides a variety of assurance and business advisory services to management and boards of directors of companies ranging in size from entrepreneurial organizations to multi-national companies with several billion in revenue. Rich’s experience includes assisting many of his clients with capital markets activity, including initial and secondary public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Rich received his Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Ohio.
