John P. O'Keefe is the President, National Group of Clark Construction Group, LLC. Mr. O'Keefe joined Clark Construction Group, LLC in 1987 where he began work on several construction projects in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania including the Amtrak 30th Street Station Restoration project. Mr. O'Keefe relocated to Clark's Western region in 1992 where he spent 4 years constructing the Brooke Army Medical Center Hospital Replacement in San Antonio, Texas. Relocating to the Washington area in 1995, he served as the Project Manager on the Pentagon Renovation Project in Arlington, Virginia and the construction of the Market Square North mixed use project in the district. He later assumed a leadership role as Vice President of the Clark Global Technologies group, a subsidiary focused on turnkey solutions for mission critical facilities.

In recent years, Mr. O'Keefe has led Clark's efforts in the construction management services provided to sureties and the Clark Concrete operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

During his 20 year career in the construction industry, Mr. O'Keefe has been involved in the construction of more than 60 projects including interior fit-out, residential, mission critical facilities, entertainment, hospitals, mass transit, and commercial construction.

Mr. O'Keefe received a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University where he remains involved as an active member of PACE, the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence. He coaches two elementary school age basketball teams in the North Potomac area where he resides with his wife and four children.
