Kevin is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Mid Atlantic area office located in McLean, VA. His primary responsibilities are to coordinate the successful delivery of all services to his global clients in the professional services, consulting, media and other industries.
Previously, Kevin was in charge of E&Y’s national Corporate Development group focusing on the firm’s Strategic Investments. He was charged with working with the leadership of E&Y’s business units to identify, and then negotiate, structure and manage the strategic investments and alliances of E&Y.
Prior to his Corporate Development role, Kevin was the National Director of IPO Initiatives within Ernst & Young’s Center for Strategic Transactionssm. He was an advisor to CEO’s and their management teams on creating the optimal implementation strategy around the IPO transaction.
Prior to joining The Center for Strategic Transactions, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer of a venture capital backed technology company in the Washington, D.C. area.
Previously, Kevin was a Director in the Business Development Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market. In this role he worked with the CEO’s of companies contemplating and executing initial public offerings and he acted as an advisor on the U.S. equity markets and the role the markets play in the value creation efforts of publicly traded companies.
Kevin began his career in the auditing department of Ernst & Young. He is a CPA with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area, and The Woods Academy, and serves on the Audit Committee and Finance Committee of Congressional Country Club. He and his wife Mary Anne live in Bethesda, MD with their three children, Molly, Annie & Peter.
