Alan L. Meltzer is a widely known businessman and founded The Meltzer Group in 1982. He speaks nationally to numerous insurance, legal, and accounting professional organizations on the uses of life insurance in both estate planning applications and non-qualified deferred compensation programs. In addition, he won MassMutual’s highest honor, Agent of the Year, thirteen times during his career. In achieving these honors, he broke and holds the most production records for MassMutual. Other industry recognitions include, but are not limited to, Million Dollar Round Table every year since 1978 and Top of the Table every year since 1980, an annual accomplishment that places him in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
