Senior Education Director

The Senior Education Director will oversee the execution and expansion of JA’s in-classroom programs in the territory of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington in accordance with the organization’s yearly operating plan. Primarily responsible for managing and supporting the work of JA’s regional Education Team this position is critical to the organization’s vertical and horizontal coordination.

This position requires a person that can work across dynamic, high-achieving teams, coordinate internal and external programmatic initiatives, support and develop field personnel, and act as an external representative for Junior Achievement. Ensures the organization’s student outreach goals for assigned area.

Education Associate, Montgomery County

This position facilitates the execution and expansion of JA® programs in the territory of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington in accordance with the organization’s yearly operating plan. Assists in ensuring the organization’s yearly student outreach goals for assigned area are met.

The Education Associate is an entry-level position that supports the daily work of the regional JA Education Team. This position conducts back-of-the house processes of program implementation and provides day-to-day administrative support to the members of the program staff. On select days the Education Associate will provide direct, on-the-ground program support at local schools.

Education Associate, Fairfax County

Education Manager, JA Finance Park® Fairfax County

JA Finance Park® Fairfax County is a dedicated facility for immersive personal financial education.  In partnership with Fairfax County Public Schools the facility operates a daily, digital ‘real-life’ simulation, that is a culminating experience to multiple hours of classroom curriculum serving nearly 14,000 students each year. 

This position implements and facilitates the execution and expansion of JA programs in the territory of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington in accordance with the organization’s yearly operating plan. Assists in ensuring the organization’s student outreach goals for assigned area. Carries out all administrative procedures.
