Within Montgomery County Public Schools, JA programs are taught as an integrated component of third and seventh grade social studies courses and several high school elective courses. Through this partnership, every MCPS student will have access to JA programs at least two times from Kindergarten through twelfth grade.
The below programs were selected by Junior Achievement and MCPS for their strong relevance in the MCPS classroom and connections to teachers' course objectives. Each program is scheduled to take place during its corresponding MCPS curriculum unit, making the connection between classroom learning and the “real world” even more powerful for students.
JA Economics for Success - middle school Financial Literacy course
