The purpose of Apply Within is to introduce students to skills needed in career development/exploration and local opportunities for job growth and business development in the Greater Washington Region. In partnership with the Washington Business Journal, educators and guidance counselors are provided with the free Apply Within materials to present to their students. In the 2006-2007 academic year, nearly 3,000 students participated in this dynamic and interactive initiative.

Components of the program include:

  • Teacher Overview
  • Student Take Home Piece
  • Subscription to the Washington Business Journal for all participating educators
