Virginia IN-CLASSROOM VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

JA® IN A DAY DELIVERY METHOD

JA® in a Day events take place over one school day and volunteers teach all 5 lessons of a certain JA® accredited program to students in various grade levels from Kindergarten to sixth grade at several elementary schools in Virginia Public Schools. The volunteers cover all lessons in one visit and can teach in pairs (permitting number of volunteers). The program being taught any given day depends on the age level being taught. The list of programs that are taught in Northern Virginia are listed to the right. If you are interested in one of these Northern Virginia in-classroom volunteer opportunities, please contact Gayle Robinson at (703) 426-1564 or gayle.robinson@ja.org
