Junior Achievement is in need of volunteer consultants to help guide students through the JA Company Program®.
What is the JA Company Program?
The JA Company Program is a catalyst for a new generation of entrepreneurs in Greater Washington who are ready to gain the skills they need to take their big idea and turn it into action.
With the guidance of volunteer role models from the business community, the JA Company Program gives high school students the chance to start and run their own company. When students complete the Company Program, they will demonstrate the fundamental acumen needed in a successful business startup, including leadership, marketing, sales, financial management, and supply chain management.
Your role as a mentor

Mentors will also:

Communicate with students outside of meetings to ensure attendance, follow-up on assignments, and provide support as necessary
Raise questions to encourage discussion and offer advice
