Cassius and Jacqulyn Priestly Named 2025 Event Chairs as Washington Business Hall of Fame Celebrates 60 Years of Impact

Washington D.C. – As Junior Achievement of Greater Washington (JA) marks its 60th anniversary, we are proud to announce Cassius and Jacqulyn Priestly as the 2025 Event Chairs, bringing their leadership, expertise, and commitment to community impact to this distinguished celebration.

For six decades, the Washington Business Hall of Fame has honored visionary leaders who have shaped the region’s business landscape and inspired future generations. This year’s event will pay tribute to that legacy, and with Cassius and Jacqulyn at the helm, it promises to be an unforgettable evening celebrating excellence, leadership, and innovation.

Cassius Priestly, DC/Virginia Market President at Truist, is a dedicated advocate for mentorship and financial empowerment. As a board member of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, he has championed initiatives that inspire the next generation of leaders.

Jacqulyn Priestly, Principal of Oak Hill Strategies, is a powerhouse communications strategist who helps industries and organizations overcome their most pressing communications challenges. She also works to advance health equity, fair housing and other societal issues to promote positive change.

Cassius and Jacqulyn’s respective decades-long industry expertise and commitment to advancing the lives of others through service make them an invaluable addition to this year’s event.

“As much thought goes into selecting our Event Chairs as into selecting our Laureates—we seek individuals who not only lead with excellence but also embody our mission of inspiring future leaders,” said Dr. Monica Goldson, President and CEO. “Cassius and Jacqulyn represent the values we celebrate, and we are excited to see their vision shape this year’s Washington Business Hall of Fame as we commemorate 60 years of impact.”

The Washington Business Hall of Fame will bring together distinguished leaders, changemakers, and visionaries to celebrate excellence and progress. With Cassius and Jacqulyn guiding this milestone occasion, JA will continue to elevate its mission and inspire the next generation of leaders.
